Template Software advise

Hey everyone,

I have wanted to get into real-estate for a few years now and after attending a Fortune Builders work shop I have decided to take the plunge. I decided not to sign up with FB because in my mind 50k was a flip home here in the midwest. But one of their products really interested me and I was curious if there was a comparable product on the market.

With their back office, one of the tools had templates for room by room renovations. For example, if you need to renovate the kitchen, you simply pick the style of kitchen you wanted, input the sq ft data, and the tool would then create an estimate,  a scope of work to present to the contractors, and an order list which you can import into homedopt/lowes to order the materials.

I have been a PM for a GC for close to 7 years, so I understand estimator tools. The real eye catch for me was the templates with the generated material lists.

Thanks for any advise.
