Wholesaling in New York

Good morning BP community .  I am just getting started/ educating myself on wholesaling properties in New York. I'm looking to share ideas and maybe get a little insight on the finer details, such as title companies, do I need an attorney or not and just the legalities  that I've been hearing about the other states don't have to go through. After reading a few (old) post I realize that this site is very informative, hoping somebody can help a newcomer out a little. Thanks
