I am 21 years old with no experience in Real Estate Do i need a real estate license to get into this field? I dont really hear people talking too much about this can i become successful without it or is it mandatory. Does everyone have to become a realtor and join a office or get with a broker to make money by commissions? like is that the only start or is it a way i could just start on my own if so is that a smart decision? I thank you all for your responses and help before hand
