Im thinking of investing in Burlington Iowa.

25,000 property single family foreclosure. kitchen need to be repainted. Has new cabinets and roof. Looks like they started rehab and didn't finish. the rest of the house looks great. 2 bdrm 1/3/4 bath not occupied, decent neighborhood. 1-1/2 story.
