Hello everyone. I am just starting out in real estate investing. You know, reading every book I can get my hand on, attending seminars, and essentially looking for anyway that I can to succeed without going broke. While doing this I ran across a guy named Greg Clement. Of course during the webinar he's trying to sale me on getting a life time membership for $9995.99, with six months for free. I went to the website and found that the basic package was only $49 per month. My question is has anyone used the REALEFLOW program, if so have you had any success and would you recommend it to any new investors?

Hey @Courtney Kimbrough there are too many free or very very cheap options out there, especially BP!! I hate to say but you do not even need the pro membership. If you are new and probably NOT going to do a deal for another year or two, just learn. See what other investors in your area are doing. See how they work and get the feel for things.

I would not recommend spending thousands of hard earned $$$$$ in the learning stage. Keep reading books, podcasts here on BP, become members of local REIAs. Dont do it.
