how to learn handy skills for diy work with no experience?
I have been trying to start out by learning the business behind real estate investing through podcasts and books. However, my biggest fear is buying my first property and not knowing what to do for handy work? I have worked previously installing carpets, painting walls, etc. but I know the cost of everything else is very high. What is best advice for learning handy skills? Should this be my biggest concern?
