Newcomer to Wholesaling

Hello all, 

I recently learned about wholesaling and have been doing a lot of research on the topic, as I’m very interested in getting into the field. I also learning that I don’t have to use my own money or credit to fund the deals and wanted to get feedback from anyone in the Seattle area who’s been wholesaling. I’m willing to put in the work and just need some guidance as a complete newbie to the field.
