Finding a mentor and Getting to your first deal

Posted

Hi my name is Julio and I am just now starting to learn about real estate investing. I am currently and college and only 19 and would to be able to learn and start investing within the next year. To make that possible i would love it if people would be able to point me in the right direction in either finding someone to follow to learn the basics or to books of which I could begin to learn. I have an interest in buying and holding using the brrr method and it would be awesome if yall could help!  I am new to this community so any help is welcomed thank you all for your time!
