Investing in real estate
First off I am new to investing in real estate. I am learning so many new things and trying to let it all sink in. I found BiggerPockets and saw that this is a great place to learn things from great people and a great community. I am not planning on having real estate be my main source of income right now. I am 18 years old and very curious about investing in real estate. Being as young as I am I do not have much money for a down payment on a large property. My main question is, what are the best ways to get started in real estate with a little amount of money? Would it be purchasing a single mobile home? A single apartment in a complex? A small house?
I would love to see what you have to say!
Thanks, Ethan.
