I am 23 and do not own a house or any real estate, still live with my parents but cant wait to start investing and raising capital to start the buy and hold strategy. Thought a lot about mobile home parks bc I do live in Alabama near the birmingham area. Any info I can get my hands on would be awesome. TIA!
