DFW, TX: Recent UT Austin graduate will work for free in the area

Hey guys,

I am 22 years old and just graduated from UT Austin last week so I'm glad to be back in Arlington. Over the past year I became fascinated with the real estate market and the ability to build wealth through it is one of the many reasons I was able to come across the BP. I love reading real estate investing books, listening to podcast, watching shows, analyzing deals, and keeping up with the market. 

I am looking for any residential single-family home investors who fix and flip or do value-add improvements for buy and hold investments in the area. I would love to come and work for you for absolutely free to help your business grow in exchange for the knowledge and experience you've gained during your journey.

I accepted my first full-time job offer as a financial analyst but it doesnt start until later so I am extremely free for a while to dedicate most of my time for you, this is perfect especially for anyone who works a W-2 job and could use an extra hand. To tell you a little about myself -- I enjoy cooking, fitness/nutrition, but mostly enjoy spending time with my family. I'd love to develop my real estate investing skills while I don't have money, so once I do I'm ready to hit the ground running. I've interned with Weitzman, a commercial real estate brokerage and other some other Fortune #500 companies. So I've learned the importance of professionalism, staying motivated, and respecting others in everything that I do and will treat you and your business the same.
