Wait for current lease to end or buy now?
Hi BP im looking into purchasing my first deal, Im looking into multi family rentals for buy and hold purposes. Im currently renting an apartment and have a little under a year left on my lease should i look into purchasing a property and renting out all units for 20% down or wait until my lease expires and go for an owner occupant? Just looking for opinions from other investors thanks in advanced!
