Southern Maine Area- starting out and need some contacts/input
Im starting out and in need of a few contacts/recommendations on who would be good to reach out to in the southern Maine area for property management as well as experience with down payment percentages. In NC I’m finding most lenders require 25% down, not sure if that’s the same in ME. I’m hoping to build a buy and hold portfolio in the area. Any feedback or advice would be greatly appreciated.
