Looking for best practice to get after rehab value?

Every market has different elements and variables, but I’d like to get more info on some of the standard procedures - advice?

Thank you!

@Jeremy Albers

Rehab estimates have so many variables.  Degree of quality of products can change the numbers dramatically but here are my thoughts

Bathroom 3000

Kitchen 5000

Appliances 2000

Paint Interior 2.50/sq ft

Hardwood Flooring 4-5/sq ft

Carpet 12-15/yard

Roof 350/square

Siding 8000/house (1200 sq ft house)

Dumpster 450 each

Good Luck.  Remember lots of variables.
