Questions on buying from Auction.com (or other online auctions)
Hi all! I wanted to get your guidance on buying from online auctions. I recently signed up for Auction.com and have found a few foreclosures that have gone into auction.
*My goal is to be able to confidently, accurately and quickly be able to pull the trigger on some deals.*
Now, I understand I don't know what I don't know. That's why I'd like your help!
Who has gone through the process and successfully completed a purchase with an online auction?
I know this much- You need a proof a funds letter (or cash) and from what I've seen each house has it's own % you must have on hand.
I'd love to connect with and learn from people who use this method or have successfully bid..and won!
Thank you for your input,
-Brent
