Hell everyone! My name is Lisandro, and I am embarking into the journey of real estate wholesaling. As a newbie i was sent to BiggerPockets in search for answers to my questions. My question is “what are the guidelines to start wholesaling in Arizona?” More specifically, do i need to have a real estate license to wholesale? Please provide any information for me start my new journey. Thank you all.
