New member and first time posting...if there's a more efficient way to find my answers, please be kind enough to fill me in.
I have narrowed down my target property list. I'll be looking for one to two deals annually based on cash flow. I'll be looking for recently expired, or off-market properties. Single family residential is a good place to start I think. I'm looking for passive investment income by owner financing the properties I purchase. I will be using my own money because I'm a fairly disciplined saver by nature.
Now to the question....if I can figure out how to get these ideas/objectives on a flyer or business card - how would I be perceived if I hand carry these cards/flyers to local real estate offices looking for an "investor friendly realtor?"
Any other refinements to my objectives you think I should make?
