Starting Out and a Little Scared
Hey everyone!
Just now getting started and I am now pre-approved from a mortgage loan company. I also have met with my real estate agent and we spent about 3 hours talking about the type of property I am looking to buy. I am using a VA home loan which means the property has to be essentially turn-key. Although I feel like I am making all the right moves I am still very much afraid of "jumping off the cliff". I'm really only righting this to blow off some anxiety. Someone tell me that everything will be alright please!

From my experience, the opposite is a better way of dealing with problems. I know stuff is going to break-- and it will be expensive. The question is-- when? When you switch from being nervous and anxious that it will go right, to expecting things to go wrong-- it isn't a shock or a scare--it's expected Swapped out a washer yesterday, fixed a plumbing issue last weekend.. dealing with fixing HVAC now, you just roll with it.. it's a marathon, not a sprint.
If it's turnkey, you shouldn't have any problems. Hope this helps!
