What is the best structure to start investing with 4 partners?
Me and 3 colleagues are forming an investment company and are unsure which business structure (LLC, S Corp, Partnership, etc.) would be the best fit for our long-term goals. We want to begin investing in multi-family homes that we can rent long-term. What would be the best structure to enable us to get initial funding and allow us to begin accumulating a portfolio?
