Been in Nashville for 2.5 years, already own 1 property but currently my only passive income is from several non real estate endeavors. My partners and I just started an LLC and opened up our business bank account and are in the process of sending out mailers. Before doing so, we'd love to connect or get insight on wholesaling as well as anyone who has been successful with the BRRRR strategy in Nashville. Currently looking at as is properties from a local real estate agent and probates. Also 2/3 of us just took the real estate exam and are in process of getting RE licensed as well as signing with a broker.

Any advice is welcome! Also happy to meet up at local restaurant or bar!
