The Process of Visiting Properties

Hi All

I am new to real estate investing and have spent the last six months doing research, talking to real estate agents and mortgage lenders, and analyzing properties. I now would like to start actually looking at houses that pass my screening, and eventually start making offers.

My question is: For those of you that actually go to see a property in person before purchasing, is there a point where your realtor will give up on you? My worry is that it may take time and lots of property views before I find the right investment. I am worried that it may cause my realtor to run away because I am taking up a lot of their time. Has any one else experienced this or have any words of advice?

Thanks!!
