Beginning Real Estate Investing

Ryan Pierce
Posted
I am 21 years old, working full time in retail and barely scraping by due to a former credit debt I’ve almost fully paid off. While searching for what to major in in a local college I began to discover real estate investing instead. After a few days of reading and research I finally, for the first time in 21 years, found what I want to do. That being said, how does a person who can’t round up a couple thousand dollars easily manage to invest into their first house? Am I strictly stuck to loans or do I have to grit my teeth and save until the sun turns grey? Also with mentors, can you find good ones online or is it better to meet someone in person who’s genuine? Any answers at all help tremendously, thank you.
