What To Do If You Have Access to Capital

Hi Everyone,

I am in a position a lot of people are probably enviable of but am v grateful.

My father is in the property biz and is pretty wealthy. However, he runs a one-man-shop and can't take me on. How do I get into the biz myself? He will invest if I find good deals.

At  the moment I have access to a lot of capital but no skills/education or contacts. What should I do?
