I've flipped the last four homes that I've owned I'm interested in starting a flipping business. I have several different properties that have been presented to me as potential flips. I do not have the funds for a down payment to get started. I'm looking for advice on how to find funding. I have looked at private and hard money lenders that require 15-20% down that I do not have. I would consider looking at a business line of credit as i saw on a recent post. Any guidance/advice would be great!
