What to look for in a Great Contractor!

Hey Everyone,

I am starting to dive deep in looking at real estate properties. I am going to use the BRRRR strategy. I found a couple properties already, but I came to a road block looking for a contractor. How would I know if they are a good or great contractor? How can tell if they are over priced?
