Strategies? New investor? Partner?
I've been trying to figure out the best strategy for purchasing real estate. I'm looking here for other ideas and suggestions. I have a low debt to income ratio, high credit score, savings for down payment, and I'd be a first time home owner. My SO has the same financial situation as above and we are unmarried. We were trying to figure out the best way to take advantage of not being married and being first time home owners while building a portfolio up quickly. We are at a time in our life where we can take larger risks. Any ideas are appreciated!
