Hey fellow BP members,

I'm so fortunate to be in the midst of a great community. I'm looking to network with fellow REI in Chicago and find a potential partner for my fix and flips.

I'm looking at a hard money lender and a partner for fix and flips. If any of you guys know any good referrals please let me know.
