Calling out LA BRRRR OOS investors!

Loving the BP community! I've spent the last month going down the BP rabbit hole. As a complete noob, I'm calling out to see if there's any LA (West) investors that have taken the challenge on themselves of going from complete noob, to building a "CORE FOUR" team and doing BRRR out of state.
