Hello BP !! My Wife & I are brand new to Real Estate Investing. As we do more research, we keep coming across the 203K Loan. Does anyone have any personal experience with 203K Loans? We both have the desire to learn more about flipping houses and would love to hear any feedback from anyones house flipping experience. Thanks ! ~Owens Family
