Looking to Network in Houston, Tx

Hello, 

My name is Travis Rasch I'm a 23 year old from Houston. 

As the title states, I'm looking to network in the city. I'm very familiar with REI and have attended seminars ran by some of Houston's bigger investors such as 713REIA (I personally know and have done work with Ray Sasser who is one of the organizers for the Houston 713REIA) . Have introductory familiarity with the different methods of investing such as wholesaling, buy and hold, fix and flip, etc. I have connections and have base knowledge of social media marketing (rentals, apartments, residential properties, photography and post photography editing for listings, knowledge of videography and adobe premiere for editing videos (would like to start putting out real estate content). I know investors who operate "recovery houses" for recovering addicts and charge 5-10% per month on houses with little to no maintenance (there are ways). I have a huge ambition. I'm studying to get my undergrad in Marketing and considering getting a real estate license. I know agents, brokers, and investors alike. I bring ideas to the table, I market things well, and I am very personable and friendly.
