Real Estate Attorney Search - Bay Area (CA)

I'm looking for a real estate attorney in the Bay Area, CA that's familiar with performing notes, private notes, rental property buy-and-holds as well as using a self-directed IRA to invest.

I'm looking for help in forming a business entity and information regarding a Debt Collectors (DC) license.

I've looked at the existing threads on BP discussing this same subject but they're all over 1 year old so I'm just checking for any more up-to-date info.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
