Wholesale. Assignment and purchase agreement.

My name is Dan.This is a post in regards to wholesale.I got a assignment of contract agreement and standard purchase and sale agreement from bigger pockets to show to a local attorney. They informed me that documents are sufficient to be legally binding but leave a lot of potential issues. Anyone complete any deals using documents like these? $400 dollars an hr is worth a lot of potential issues in my opinion. Any comments or concerns in regards to the form would be appreciated. Thanks
