Beginning RE investing
Hi, I want to get into real estate but I have low to no capital. What are the best strategies to get me started. I live in California by the way. I’ve heard lease options and sandwich lease options are good starting places. Anyone else start with that or other strategies? Any help is appreciated thank you!
