Hey there BP fam! I am new to the game, my wife and I bought our first house in Colorado Springs a year ago and rented out our spare room on AirBnb. We got way better revenue than I was expecting, and it turned me on to the idea of real estate investing! I’ve been drinking from a firehouse so to speak listening to the podcast, reading blog posts, and my book list is getting long.
