Expensive Coaching Programs

Lucille Sager
Posted
Hello I am just starting out. I went to a real estate conference a couple of weekends ago. It was very informative. The cost was $149 but of course there is always a hook. Coaching programs three programs , $ 20k, $30k, & $40. The promise is that they will walk you through your first flip and help you fund it. So a couple of days after I find a house. Great deal. Worked through the numbers and the "advisor" has been in constant contact with me. But the "owner" of the program told me I am not ready to make an offer and to post it on their private Facebook. The next day the house was under contract. My question is this....is it worth it? Do the "coaching" programs work? As a newbie I feel like I need someone to hold my hand. But walked through the first deal with guidance from the "advisor" and basically did everything they showed us on the weekend.
