Hey Hey BPerz -

I am in the process of creating my "Core 4" in three separate markets. I will be "Interviewing" potential property management companies in each of these out of state markets. If anyone has a list of interview questions beyod: Fees? Rents? Vacancies etc. Please feel free to chime in, I would more than love to hear what you all have to say and thoughts on this process. Thank you
