Getting started in multifamily properties and building credit.
So in one year I plan to start investing with my girlfriend into one single family home for us and a two-to-four flat. Her credit is decent in the 650 range and mine is lower in the 580s. I've been doing some homework on my own to get started, but I want to reach out to the community for more info on what I should be learning and tips for eliminating debt and rehabbing my credit.
