Tips To An 18 Year Old

I'm actually 17 at the moment but will turn 18 in a few days. I work full time for a family business that I plan on owning down the road. I already plan on building credit with a credit card as soon as possible. My goal is to have $4,000 a month of cash flow by 25. Assuming I average $150 per door, this means I would need 27 doors or 4 doors a year. Do you think this is manageable and what would you do at 18? When should a property manager be hired? Thank you for any feedback!
