Looking at a deals in LA, How do I start finding investors?

Hello All,

I've been in real estate over 15 years, but never done my own project.  Oddly, I've put together major commercial projects, but never a house.  LOL, a little backwards I guess.  I have all the contractors and subs in place.  I have a land deal I'm looking at for $900-950K purchase price.  Build a custom home and sell for $3M.  How do I start putting together the investors?
