FHA loan question for newer investors
How many FHA (3.5% down) can an individual take, to househack?
And do different banks have different timeframe, or is it standard nation wide?

@Sam Nadar, bit unclear as to your questions. If you're asking how many front doors a building can have and still be classed as owner-occupier, the answer is four (ie. up to a quadplex).
Afaik, that's nation wide. [You're allowed/encouraged to rent out the other doors!]
Time frame requirement to live there? At least a year. Again, nation wide afaik.
Or were your questions asking something else?...
