Starting out, looking to network, and looking for advice
Good evening fellow investors.
I am looking for some general advice first and foremost. I have a lot of knowledge in the fix and flip world. I have been doing extensive amounts of work for investors in the St. Paul area, along with my full-time carpenter job. I am looking to get into real estate investing for my self and fully understand the process. However, I am caught in a hard place as capital is not readily available to me to put “skin in the game”. Is there options or ways around that when beginning to build capital.
I have contemplated getting in the “wholesale game” as I know that is minimal start up costs. Does anyone have advice on beginning in this niche of investing. In expensive marketing when beginning, training, programs that are helpful etc. any advice will help.
I feel like I have everything I need as far as knowledge but don’t know what direction to move with not having a ton of capital starting out.
If anyone in the St. Paul/mpls area is willing to mentor/coach/partner or help me get into the industry that would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Nick
