Hey everyone, I've recently passed my NJ license exam and will be affiliating with a broker soon. I was wondering if you guys and gals had any advice for a new real estate agent looking to hustle his way to success. Also, really interested in eventually doing my own investing when I have enough capital raised so any thoughts for beginner investments would be great too!

First I'd recommend searching the forums for the infinite amount of info.

Otherwise, focus on 2 - 3 lead generation strategies and stick with them ţil you see results! Persistence is key. A friend of mine is a talented salesman and became an agent only to do 3 deals in 9 months. It's very competitive so you have to stick with it and leverage whatever you are best at.
