newbie looking for tips and ways of the trade
So i just recently started college and i'm looking to become a real estate investor with out putting too much in since i just recently moved to Florida so i was wondering if there is any ways of the trade that i could learn . if not what are some tips that you would say for someone who is just starting to break the surface of real estate ?
