Hello, I am brand new to real estate besides purchasing my primary residence. I am loooking to begin saving money towards starting a buy and hold Real Estate business plan. In order to do that I must organize my finances and wondered if anyone had a great excel spreadsheet they can recommend to begin creating and daily & monthly budget with the goal of maximizing my savings to have the funds for a down payment. Any recommendations are welcome. Excited to be a part of Bigger Pockets!!
