First time investor
Hello all, I am seriously looking into rental property invesment. I am from Connectinut, Hartford County. What is the best area in Hartford county to buy and invest rental property?

I agree @Shirley R. there are good deals to be had in both Manchester and New Britain.
The paper returns may be better in a place like Hartford, but the real life returns over time will be better in the better areas of Manchester, New Britain, and other areas in Hartford County.
