Bought my first buy and hold in baltimore

Hello BP. I recently purchased my first buy and hold property in baltimore. Close to Catonsville. I need the house fixed in order to try to rent it out. Any advise on how to find some good general contractors for the baltimore area. My plan is to cash out refinance after renting and buy more properties. Any advise would be appreciated.
