So I don't know that I want to manage all of the details of investing in real estate. I have been looking at the crowdfunding startups as a way to invest in real estate and this one looks intriguing because it is in my home town. I would be able to keep up on how it is doing. It looks like they are offering debt and maybe equity? Looking for thoughts, thanks
