Wholesale friendly title companies or RE Attorney recommendations

My business partner and I are beginning wholesalers in the Charlotte area. Does anyone that invests in Charlotte as well as surrounding areas have a referral for a title company or RE attorney that they work with (or have previously worked with) that is well versed and open to working with investors (dealing with assigned contracts, double closings etc).
