First timer- Wholesale or Flip?

Hello BP Community, I have one rental property in AZ and trying to decide what to do next. I went to RE seminar and was introduced to wholesaling,!but it sounds like it would require a solid network which I don’t have yet. I’m leaning towards flip even though that may be the same. Can anyone offer advice on which may be best for next project? Thank you so much for your advice!!
