Applying for a rehab loan under a conventional loan

Going to start looking for deals early February so I’m trying to make sure I do it right. I have been educationg my self over the last couple of months,but this app has helped me tremendously. I am not wanting to get screwed over on my first deal, so My question today is if i am able to apply for a rehab assistance loan under the home possible loan? What is the process on qualifying for a rehab loan under the home possible loan. If you ever applied for it, how was the turn out. Any iformation regarding rehab assistance will be apprecited.
